Cameron, the founder, had lived both sides of the home services nightmare. As a homeowner buried in spam after posting a simple job request, and through conversations with providers exhausted by chasing leads that went nowhere.
He came with a clear vision: a marketplace where homeowners get matched only with providers who are genuinely available, and providers receive clean, qualified leads without the noise. My job was to translate that vision into an experience that actually felt that way to use, for both sides.

First proposal
After several talks and working sessions involving Engineering, Cameron, and our PM team, I moved on to the first low-fidelity screen proposals for the application.
The goal at this stage was to evaluate different solutions, align requirements and technical constraints with Engineering, and gather feedback from key stakeholders before moving into the final high-fidelity designs.
